45-Minute Stretching/Pilates Session for Fibromyalgia
You will be taken you through a Stretching/Pilates workout for Fibromyalgia patients. Each session will be tailored to your personal Fibromyalgia needs.
A real benefit is that workouts can be done in the comfort of your own bed, especially if you have problems getting up and down from the floor.
You will work your abs, your legs, and your arms. Each workout will be appropriate for beginner, intermediate, and advanced students. Principles such as proper breathing, posture, and form are explained.
Pilates is also a great exercise for people with Fibromyalgia because it both lengthens and strengthens the muscles in a gentle way. How hard you work depends on you!
It is important to set yourself in a quiet, comfortable space that allows you enough room to stretch out.
Single Session - $73
This is for a single session of Stretching/Pilates. It’s perfect if you haven’t exercised in a while and want to give it a try.
Weekly Sessions - $60.75 per session
Weekly Stretching/Pilates Sessions. Your choice of 1, 2, 3 or 4 sessions per week. Savings of at least $49 per package. There is a minimum one month commitment to receive the discounted rate. Sessions are billed for weekly and should be booked the same day as payment. Perfect option for someone seeking consistent care.
